Thank you for joining us for the second annual Everything Under the Sun Parade! Whether you signed up as a group or an individual, we’re excited to have you join this celebration.
Here’s everything you need to know to be parade-ready!

at 2pm
Location:
Meet on the sidewalk next to the north parking lot of Sellwood Park.
Schedule
1:00 PM — Check-In Opens:
Look for volunteers in yellow Everything Under the Sun t-shirts to check in. They’ll help you find your spot in the lineup and answer any questions.
1:45 PM — Line-Up Complete
All participants must be lined up and ready to begin the parade.
2:00 PM — Parade Begins
We will be starting on time, so please be prompt!
3:00 PM — Parade Finale
The parade will culminate with music and celebration at the end of the route.
Parade Route
We’ll start on the sidewalk next to the north parking lot of Sellwood Park, walk east along Sellwood Blvd, head south down SE 13th then west on SE Miller, looping back to the park. A map is provided below.
Some other things to know:
What to wear or bring: Join us in wearing colors of the sun (yellows and oranges)!! And, as always, we encourage you to bring puppets or masks to join in the parade
No Storage On-Site: There is no secure storage at the park. Please keep belongings with you as organizers are not responsible for lost items.
Bring your own water & snacks: No food or drink will be provided, so please bring your own or grab something nearby in the Sellwood neighborhood.
Rain or Shine! Be prepared for any weather. We’ll bring the *Sun* (puppet)!
Individual Participants: If you signed up solo (not as part of a group), please allow a little extra time during check-in. A volunteer will help you find your place.
